May be added to your daily bath along with Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) for muscular relief, or just use as an aromatic and relaxing additive to your bath.
Directions:
Add 20-50g to a warm bath. Do not exceed 60 degrees C, or hotter than is suitable for your skin. Soak for no more than 20 minutes. Warning: Do not use these salts as a scrub on sensitive, diseased or lichened skin; soak only. Do not use if you have an allergy to Lavender or if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. |
