The Dead Sea is the most saline body of water in the world with a mineral concentration of around 32%, compared to other oceans which only have around 3% mineral concentration.

Various minerals are present in Dead Sea Salt including: Magnesium, Sodium, Calcium and Potassium, as well as Bromides and Iodine. These minerals work synergistically to regulate cell activities and may also assist in relieving muscular pain and stabilizing fluid levels in the body.

May be added to your daily bath along with Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) for muscular relief, or just use as a relaxing additive to your bath.

Directions:
Add 20-50g to a warm bath. Do not exceed 60 degrees C, or hotter than is suitable for your skin. Add your favourite Essential Oil. Soak for no more than 20 minutes. Warning: Do not use these salts as a scrub on
sensitive, diseased or lichened skin; soak only.
